How do I update my subscription billing information?
You can update the billing information for your subscription in 3 easy steps.
Step 1
Go to the Subscriptions section of your account dashboard and click on the “Update” button in the “Billing Information” section.
Step 2
From the list of payment methods, either:
- Pick from one of your current payment methods to assign it to the subscription by clicking the “Choose” button to the right of your desired payment method or
- Add a new payment method by using the “Add a New Credit Card” button. (For security purposes, if you need to change some aspect of a current billing method we’ll ask you to add a new credit card.)
Step 3
If you’re picking from one of your current payment methods, you’re all set.
If you’re adding a new payment method, add your information and press the “Update Billing Information” button.
And voila, the billing information on your subscription is updated.
