Translucent, silky-smooth, and eye-poppingly strong, Oji is to cold brew what bourbon is to beer—a more potent yet nuanced drink distilled from like materials. It’s made by slowly—very, very slowly—dripping room-temperature water from a glass globe through a tiny spigot, one drop onto the coffee grounds every few seconds. Over 8 to 12 hours, the coffee grinds become fully saturated and yield exceptional brew.
We only serve Oji slow-dripped cold brew in a select few of our cafes, so we are thrilled to offer the personal-sized machines to make the magical brew at home. This investment piece is for coffee lovers who revel in slow rituals and coffee brewing theater as much as the drink itself.
